1.01 Sardegna Faidate is a website where you can insert your Holiday House free of charge, which insertion is managed free of charge, on a non-exclusive basis up to Booking, then the tariffs set by the owner are not subject to any kind of deduction.
1.02 The Property must be inserted only by the Owner, who cannot insert more than five different places, thus we exclude real estate agencies, brokerage agencies, tourist agencies, subletters.
1.03 The Owner automatically places his own Vacation Home by means of the Insertion Structure, in which the property is described, shows availability, transmits Personal Data and is Registered.
1.04 The Owner, for the Summer Period, i.e., from 1 May to 30 September, inserts Holiday Packages for 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights, with price packages from Saturday to Saturday, while for the Winter Period, i.e. from 1 October to 30 April, s/he inserts Daily Availability with prices per night and a minimum number of nights.
1.05 Sardegna Faidate does not request exclusivity for Management of Holiday Homes, thus the Owner, through his/her own personal page, must constantly keep availability up to date as provided, making changes or deleting if the Property should be rented on another Website and following Bookings.
1.06 The Property must always be kept available, according to its availability as provided, then in an optimum state of repair, cleanliness and order.
1.07 The data concerning the Property must match the Title to the Property, to the Cadastral Documents and to the Conservatory of RR.II., while personal data must correspond to the Documents issued by authorised Public Offices.
1.08 Sardegna Faidate reserves the right whether or not to include a property, which must correspond to certain specific requisites, such as detailed descriptions, good repair, photos of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, outside of the building and area, reasonable prices and market.
1.09 The Owner, after having verified that the Structure of Sardegna Faidate as soon as possible receive an e-mail confirming the activation.
1.10 While booking the deposit is paid to Sardegna Faidate via the Website by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Postepay (recharge) or Postal money order, whereas the balance is paid directly to the Owner on the handing over of the keys.
1.11 The exchange of contacts between the Owner and the Renter occurs within 24 hours following payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Postepay (Recharge) and Postal Money Order, while within 48 hours following payments via Bank transfer.
1.12 The changes, cancellations or in any event all the problems following the payment of the deposit by the Renter are handled exclusively by the Owner.
1.13 The inconsistencies with reality found on the part of the Renter are not attributable to Sardegna Faidate but to the Owner, who is solely responsible for all data provided.
1.14 The breach of one or more articles present in the Internal Regulations may lead to suspension or removal of one or more Properties.
Article 2 – the Renter
2.01 The Renter for the Summer Period, that is from 1 May to 30 September, books the Package Holidays of 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights from Saturday to Saturday, while for the Winter Period, i.e. from 1 October to 30 April, the bookings are according to Daily Availability.
2.02 The Personal data included in the Booking Confirmation must correspond to a valid Identity Document issued by authorised Public Offices.
2.03 The deposit payment of 40% must be paid through the Website via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Postepay (recharge) or Postal Money Order, while the balance 60% must be paid directly to the Owner at the time of handing over the keys.
2.04 The exchange of contact between the Renter and the Owner occurs within 24 hours of payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Postepay (Relcharge) and Postasl Money Order, whereas within 48 hours of payments via Bank Transfer.
2.05 If the case where the rental period booked results as unavailable because of the failure by the Owner to update the availability, the refund of the amount paid is guaranteed by Sardegna Faidate.
2.06 The changes, cancellations or in any event all the problems following the payment of the deposit by the Renter are handled exclusively by the Owner.
2.07 The inconsistencies with reality found on the part of the Renter are not attributable to Sardegna Faidate but to the Owner, who is solely responsible for all data provided.
