Personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June, 2003 - Code for the Protection of Personal Data.
In accordance with Article 13 (Legislative Decree 196/2003), for informative purposes, we provide the Policy on Privacy regarding the processing of personal data here below.
a) Personal data collected will be used for the following purposes: property insertion, booking, exchange of contacts, accounts. They will be IT, telematic processed, hard copied and stored in the database of the website.
b) Obligatory personal data will be indispensable to providing the requested service, while the optional data will still be useful but not essential.
c) The failure to provide obligatory personal data will lead to the impossibility of requesting any service.
d) Personal data provided will be handled exclusively by the Owner and Manager of the website, Sardegna Faidate, and its personnel in charge, the administrators of the system, by technical assistants, the banks that deal with receiving and sending payments for transactions relating to booking and persons dealing with accounting and legal issues. Excluded is the diffusion for purposes other than those stated.
e) In accordance with Article 7 (Legislative Decree 196/2003), here below we include the rights relating to the person concerned in the processing of personal data, which can be exercised at any time by writing to the e-mail address: info@sardegnafaidate.it
1. The interested person has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not Personal Data concerning him exists, even if not yet recorded, and their communication, in intelligible form.
2. The interested person has the right to obtain indications:
a) of the origin of the Personal Data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of IT processing;
d) of the identity of the owner, of the persons responsible and the appointed representatives, pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the persons or categories of persons to whom the Personal Data may be communicated or who can acquire such knowledge as an appointed representative in the territory of the State, of managers or appointees.
3. The interested person has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) The certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been disclosed, also with regard to their contents, by those to whom the data were communicated or diffused, excepting the case in which this requirement proves to be impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort with respect to the protected right.
4. The interested person has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of Personal Data that concerns him/her, even though pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of Personal Data of the interested person for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or of commercial communication.
